What on earth is BBC World? I can't find anything other than BBC World News on the internet. Doesn't really matter as I'll be there, but if this is available in ROI, it would be nice to have a recording of it should we progress.

Used to be called BBC World.

It also indicates that the game will be a proper outside broadcast with multiple cameras, replays etc. so could feature more on the Sunday night show.

I'd be delighted if it's on BBC World News as i've got that channel, however I've never known them show live footy before...the closest we get is a reduced football focus programme and some coverage of final score.
Could it be instead that BBC world service are covering it on the radio?

That's what I thought as there is no such thing as "BBC World" and the BBC World News channel is not currently showing anything in their listings about this.

I suspect 'BBC World' are merely producing the broadcast and that the live coverage will be available on the following channels in there respective countries. (As per fa website)

You'll know more than me but do you not have normal sky sports and bt in RoI? If so i'm assuming that UK broadcast rights apply to Ireland as well.

Unless Setanta Ireland have a seperate deal to show FA Cup 3pm kick offs like they do with the Premier League?

You can usually search and find an internet streaming site that will cover any televised game. The quality may be sh*t and the commentary foreign or fuzzy but you'll see the game.
