why wasn't it then?
Do Junction Promotions have any representation on this message board? I'd assume not so it's a bit of a pointless question isn't it?

This is clearly another failing of the playing and management staff.

Would have been a good photo opportunity 😀

On a serious note, it probably would have been to be fair.  I have no idea how close to the wind I am sailing when it comes to going out photographing, as it only gets silence from the missus when I mention it these days.

I think the anticipation of payment from the Guardian for some photos of the Blyth game is what is keeping my clothes off the front lawn :-D

I do recall that a previous promoter of this annual event (which used to be held at the Cresta Court Hotel) once expressed criticism of Altrincham FC for what he perceived to be a failure to support/publicise the programme fair.

Firstly the venue for this event would have been arranged long before we knew the opening date of the community hall.
It may be an idea to offer our hall in future and suggest that the club shop be open at the same time so we could sell some of our programmes, so the club gets something out of it.
Did anyone go to this event?
I went to Premier Programme Fair at the Royal National in London in June. It was very busy and there were a lot of non league programmes. There were quite a few old Alty programmes but I managed to add only one to my collection.

Yes, I visited this event.

There did seem to be fewer stalls than there had been at last year's gathering at the Cresta Court Hotel.

Fellow Alty supporters in attendance that I bumped into included Darren the former Chief Steward plus Dave Thorpe and Ian Boardman from the Alty Club Shop (or what remains of it nowadays).

Alty Director Andrew Shaw also made a special guest appearance.
