What is NTSC?

NTSC is an encoding system used in some international countries such as those in North America. We use PAL. This format will be useful for some of our ex-pats (if they buy the standard PAL version, it may not work on their TV)

Iooking at the prices, it is cheaper to buy them in singles, rather than double up!

That's right Brian. With both DVD's in the package it doesn't fit through the letter box sized template thingy which bumped the price up. With one DVD it fits through nicely - but I've been asked for a price for both together so....

I got the season's highlights and watched it last night - top product!

But the other two are faulty.how do I get them replaced.

You can either take back to the club shop and ask for a swap or PM me your address and I'll deliver a replacement (if relatively local!). Sorry about that Biggedd - each disc is quality checked but if you could let me know the nature of the fault I'll look into it (e.g. doesn't load, stops playing...)
