Kyle was offered the captaincy and an increased salary but he said he wanted to play at a higher level, when the offers weren't exactly flooding in he was given a cut off date to get back to the club, then the door was closed. Chorley made him an offer but there were no takers higher up the pyramid so he took what was on offer, he's a good lad but reports are the kid we've signed from Oldham is a very good replacement.
