a minimum of 3 competitive games for young foreigners against league 1 & 2 opposition will make a huge difference to the development of English talent.....not.

There is one answer to this and one only and that is to have a completely different pyramid league and cup system for B teams and get some marketing promotion for it and it should have a maximum 3 foreigners per squad rule or similar.
The FA football league etc could come together and run this as maybe a parallel system and have my 3 g pitch soccer Saturday idea run throughout the country......now that would be a real forward thinking idea.....

so......when Man U play Liverpool at OT 5pm kick off, the day starts at 10 with the ladies game.....then 1pm is the B team game.......we would show the world a structured system!

Jezza, you use to many phrases such as come together, forward thinking, structured and parallel. Sadly these do not form part of the FA's vocabulary.
