Importance of the noise at both ends
« on: May 10, 2014, 09:43:00 AM »

Let's be mindful of what a lot of the players and the manager have said about the crowd being the 12th man in the second half last week, we need to have the whole of the popular side in its entirety this afternoon, no soft ideas if there's a bit of drizzle. The away end at Guiseley is open, and this is a football match, not a tea Dance, and I'm sure every supporter would agree on that.

They won't get that bit due to weather but if they bring more than 1000 then they will need it. Don't think they will but let  the stewards steward I say.

I remember many many moons ago, during that time of year when Football & cricket ran in harmony, my dad & I would watch the cricket at Timperley CC and hear when Alty scored.
