... We haven't seen headlines "United raid neighbours for new management team". Salford City have been decimated by a smash and grab raid that has taken three of their leadership to Old Trafford.

It poses the question whether the class of 92 would prefer to run a hobbyist club or lead a big one...

I heard the FA haven't actually sanctioned the take over at Salford, at least not yet, despite all the press nonsense, you cannot be involved at two clubs for starters

unless you're the new owner at Leeds.  Aren't there pan-european rules about owning two teams?
