It's at moments like this...a major signing being touted , imaginations run riot and make ludicrous suggestions, knowing full well they're twaddle...on this forum that can spark an acrimonious exchange.

The Alty Fans Forum - kerfeesh.

Think I'll read the Financial Times from now on. It's a lighter, more enjoyable, read.

I hear that there's a handy player at Guiseley up for grabs - can't quite bring his name to mind but think it's something along the lines of Kris Junior iirc? From what i've heard he's an absolute giant - perfect replacement for Perry on the aerial front.

The hype has taken control, if this player is as amazing as being suggested I reckon...

1) Michael Johnson
2) That Bulgarian international who was playing local Sunday League recently
3) Watmore back on loan.

In actuality, it'll probably be a league 2 stalwart who we've never heard of.
