It's such a shame we seem to be making fantastic progress off the pitch

But on it it feels like we are pissing in the wind

There could always be a link.

How can anyone say the season is over - we still have the CSC to fight for (and despite our disappointing form) are still in a decent position in the league.

As for telling people to F*** off on this forum; I think there are better ways to express ourselves.

If non of the first 11 get injury till may you maybe right

Yes. I think we need 1 or 2 new players to strengthen the squad but I honestly think we could win it this year...even after tonight.

http://www.footballwebpages.co.uk/form/confnorth

This and only 4 on the bench of which 2 are as yet untried youth players tells it's own story. Never any easy job to recruit suitable players but as I'm sure the board and management know we need strengthening. The fact that we've slumped in form and are still within touching distance of top  tells us the title is still there for the taking, but we need to act sooner rather than later I think.

Ifs and buts...  if we had beaten the teams we should have and if Williams hadn't suffered a bad injury we would have pissed this league ...But we didn't.

Agree, start by sacking the manager and if the manager isnt sacked we should be asking questions of the board as well in my opinion.

Whilst i agree with VofD i do think you are totally out of order the way you have spoken to people and an apology should be forthcoming.

I think its a case of finding a balance, the off field stuff is fantastic, but the clue is in the name altrincham FOOTBALL club. And I also think having two senior players on a bench of four is an embarrassment to a club of our standing. Things need to be freshened up and fast, we've still not replaced williams who was injured in September was it?? If it has to be loan players, so be it, but do it now before we blow it.

this squad will finish 6th, if not lower, if all sinnot can do is change the front two everytime them tossors at the back leak goals, 6th might even look good.
