It opens one new window when you first enter but after that it doesn't, it might be cached on your machine.  Try holidng Ctrl and F5 to do a full refresh.

Whilst  I find it difficult to criticise anything that John Laidlar is involved in, I reluctantly have to say that the new website is not iphone friendly and for that reason I would prefer we went back to the old format. Scrolling from bottom to top is a pain and the thing jumps in and
out of PC and smartphone format at will. Unreliable.

I can get at most things on the site on my iPhone, using the site index (far right menu option). This includes the fixtures and match reports.
