I managed to take this photo as Mark ran past - sorry it's not the best but I was trying to give him a big clap and a cheer so the photo was taken in a bit of a hurry!



Still going strong 5 hours in.

And on a side note, nice to see Foz getting in on the picture

Just read this thread and the BBC article and just burst into tears.

How can someone be so brave and selfless under such dreadful circumstances?
