I really dont get it vote for any of the corrupt cods and u will get the same outcomes, cuts and scandals.

Go ahead pick a colour... does it make u feel better?

Yes. Because in China they don't get the chance, and we do.  Our govt. may be crap (ok it is crap) but the Chinese gov.t is crap with nobody having a say.

So I vote.  I'll even be voting on the 15th for the police wotsit.

If folk wish to get their voting slip and draw a picture on it or scrawl on it - that's good enough for me.  That's your opinion expressed and it is as valid as anybody else's.

To clarify my observation is in no way political.

I have no doubt that (almost) all politicians are the same in this respect. I just find all the sycophancy and fawning over anyone who has never experienced the realiities of life yet seems to think that their position as an elected representative entitles them to get stuff for nowt whilst passing judgement on the populace and dictating policies which will affect the electorate yet have no effect on their cushy existence simply  offensive

I think that's right ATS, regardless of the party the snouts go into the trough.  If this were a political forum I'd take it further but in the meantime
