Comparison of Legends
« on: October 14, 2012, 10:41:10 AM »

Swindells scored 98 goals in his first 92 matches
Reeves has 81 in 91 starts.

I NEVER imagined anyone ever would get close to Sir Jackie!

For comparison
John Hughes 45 in 83
John Rogers 44 in 85
Graham Bennett 52 in 87
Ken McKenna 56 in 100
Colin Little 55 in 101

Fifty is possible.  A long way to go between now and the end of the season.  Injuries, suspensions, transfers and the duration of cup 'n trophy runs etc.  Either way up he is a natural goal scoring master and I LOVE HIM.

If Reeves can score 17 at Boston he should leave now and lets bring someone in who can.

Leroy Chambers scored 4 at Whitby in 98/99. That's the most I have seen from one player in a game.

Cult may come in and correct me, but didn't Jack Swindells score all six in the legendary cup win over Scarborough ?
