for every fleetwood and crawley there is a truro, canvey island, gretna......each of whom had fans who probably initially firmly believed their rise was sustainable......even if something happened to the sugar daddy....

in fleetwood's case I have to say at least the chairman has built the infastructure as they went along and fleetwood's sustainable level could probably be the BSP which is vastly higher than where they came from....for eveyone else they are lucky to sink back to just their true natural level....

The chairman of truro,he is a builder and his business was in trouble about 3 years ago,he laid off a load of staff and stopped a lot of the building projects he had going on at the time.He said that even though his buisness was going down the pan,he would continue to invest in Truro City.The players had not had their wages paid for a while and the club was about 2 days away from being wound up by the high court,due to unpaid tax bills.The club went into adminastration about a week ago,and the court case was cancelled.
