From JL's report: " Five added minutes gave some hope of redemption for Altrincham but the visitors never really looked like they had the guile to unlock the Vauxhall defenders."

Sounds very much like a "No plan B!" and very little imagination, but is this down to the manager or the players?

The only player in the squad with noticeable guile is Clee. Once he's gone, the next best thing is Lawrie - who was well below his best yesterday.
