maybe this is the move where he plays to his potential for 90 mins match after match....such a shame as when he was on form he was brilliant but he was only only form once every ten games and then he'd go off the boil again....unfathomable...

When you seem him at York shrugging off a defender on the touchline, dashing inside before curling the ball in the far corner, you wonder why he spent other afternoons swanning around complaining to the referee.

Dale seemed motivated for some of the big games in the Conference in front of big crowds.  Didn't Graham Westley, when at Stevenage, once say Dale could go further in the game.  He had his chance on the bigger stage
