So Cardiff have gone for the new badge now (along with a new shirt)

Would you let money men change alty's badge/nickname in kit for a few million investment? (100m rumoured for Cardiff)

I was going to ask a similar question, but Heathcote was between me and the keyboard!

Would you take a million quid if - wait for it - we had to wear green n white or Macc blue?

In fairness, from what I have read, they are trying to make Cardiff more of a team for Wales, so the whole country could associate with them. Not saying what they're doing is right but there is some logic behind this one

In fairness there already is such a team though, it's called Wales.

Its because they are going to wear red, as asian investors will see it as a lucky club

I think this is leading to a franchise system. Why couldn't they provide the investment without changing everything? If they are going to called the Red Dragons, isn't that going to piss off the other Welsh clubs? Especially Wrexham. This is just another dagger in the heart of the beautiful game.

The dragons have been banned from the racecourse, together with all other forms of fire and smoke  ;)

Not the only ones going through re branding.

Closer to home Woodley are set to go through with changing their name to Stockport Sports FC

Perhaps all team names should reflect the area in which their ground is situated.
Isn't there a Premier League team in Trafford?  ;D ;D

Genuine  :D there.

Why do these muppets get involved in football? I wish they'd all just f**k off and leave those of us who actually care about the game to get on with it.

I heard that one too. You can't argue with that when you see the colours of the clubs who ended with the major trophies this season and the teams they beat to, oh no, hang on..
