I hope he makes an emotional return to Chester city, thus improving our chances two-fold next season.

The only good thing to come out of us having had that waste of space was the £2 bet I won, arnie thought he would get ten goals!!! Haha

Was this just season? He's scored 8 in total over 2 seasonS so 2 in 2 isn't unachievable...

I cannot imagine any team going in for him. They'll look at his age and record over the last couple of seasons, then conclude he's finished.

Perhaps if he'd got the weight down earlier and really tried to make his mark he could have had a couple more seasons playing at a vaguely decent level for money. Ah well. We'll be rid soon. His loss.

I reckon Paul McKenna is his agent as he must have done something to Graham Heathcote to make him put a piece of paper with 2 years on it in front of him, especially as we never do 2 year contracts for anyone (and rightly so in most cases)

Looking at this below makes me very sad, because it's more evidence that micheal is/was fantastically talented., Hes has to my mind just shown no enthusiasm here from the minute he stepped on the pitch at Woodley...

I think that is the saddest part, for all the enthusiasm shown to him when he signed (admittedly, overkill on my part because I watched him in United Reserves), I don't feel like we have got anything in return... and I don't just mean goals, its the overall attitude towards the club/fans, I can forgive most players who go through bad spells if they look like they are fully committed to the cause... I just don't feel like MT's heart has ever really been "in it".

There were still shouts of "keep going Twissy" etc at the Halifax game, the fans have tried to be be patient and supportive, when he does go I do wonder if that will be acknowledged at all.

Although Duncan Watmore is still learning his game at this level and is an impact player, I'd start him against Eastwood and let him run them ragged.

I was all in favour of supporting him whilst he was here but really...

What an utter shambles of a signing!
