We played very well today, the better side for the majority and created some good chances.

Reeves and McGivern are clearly developing a good understanding and Clee is a good solution to the left back issue for now. Lynch had a top game at CB too and for an away game we actually defended very well for a change. Watmore also really livened things up when he came on and could be a key figure for the run in.

Overall a good away day, decent point and a good atmosphere. Officials below par though and missed Lee the Boston sub elbowing Nicky Clee and Bastock taking out Richman with a blatant shoulder charge which should have been a penalty. Our recent away days in the East have seen some good football. Reasons to be optimistic for the run in definitely.



Agree with you sarf london. Alty did play well, and if they play like that most weeks then they will pick up plenty of points.

Made a change to only have a 60 mile trip to an Alty match, for me. Glad the little lad chose this match instead of Notts Co vs Sheffield Weds.
