Hang on, why setting off at 9:30?

I thought it only took about 2 and a half hours to get there when we went last season?

Taking into account that it's the last weekend before Christmas and also given the recent wretched weather conditions, I suppose we have to prepare for the worst case scenario in order to ensure the coach gets there in time.

However, it'll be definite Nobby Notraffic followed by Dennis Birch-type complaints about being there far too early.

Blyth is 3 hours according to google maps

9:30 - 1hr 30 drive

stop at services around 11ish

back on the road for 11:30 - then a 1hr 30 drive

gets you there for around 1pm and thats without any traffic....... - and Im sure got stuck in traffic going to the NE last season Im sure (either gateshead or blyth in the cup)



Booked on  - BTW im doing Radio robins with Brian, so im sure that may sway a few people to come along instead of tuning in!
