thats how good tonight was.

They had some tidy players and were no mugs but we played some lovely stuff.  Our play going forward was the standard you would expect (but we haven't seen away) from some of our more experience conference players.

We looked steady at the back (bar their goal which we looked like we should have dealt with) and young Matty Fearon had a great game.

I said they owed us a performance after Gloucester (where I believe they were locked in the dressing room for 45 mins) and blimey did we get one.

It was just reward for the 100 who made the trip after Saturdays debacle and a damn good time was had by all.

The standard of our finishing was superb.

Nicky Clees last goal was one of the best chips I have seen in person...and we could have had more goals at the end.

Restored a bit of pride in being an Alty fan that did tonight.
