We need to be loud and proud tonight...let's get right behind them from the off.

And I hope as many as possible will stay down the side and have a sing where we normally do....it's important we don't lose the superb atmosphere we have spent years building up due to away fans arriving on mopeds.

I note that Workington's 35 year old right back was beaten for pace by Holsgrove on the first goal on Saturday. Could be a big night for Nicky !
