Anybody going to Buxton
« on: July 11, 2011, 08:52:51 AM »

Are many of you planning a trip to Buxton on Tue 19th July?  I quite fancy seeing Alty play a team who are more of our standard than Burnley,  Man City X1 are, just  to get a decent guage on how were looking..

its about 90 mins from Salop which is roughly the same time from here to Alty...

If I can finish work at a decent time I may nip over  the Peak District... I hear the local water is half decent  ;)

I'll be there

I'm hoping Pukka Pieman and Mick will be able to provide another fascinating commentary of great murder scenes and accident blackspots along the A6 ??  ;D   ;D

One question that needs to be addressed before we depart.

Will there be Pukka Pies available when we get there or will it all be spring water and Bakewell tarts ?
