We may have fielded 40 but seven of them are youth teamers who have "acted up".

Most of our squad are not on contracts. We don't have the financial stability to keep hold of them because we can't afford to do so. Players come and go, also because they're not satisfied with their time at the club. Not many are. No need to mock though.

I would say that somewhere in the region of eleven have connections with Alty, including I think at least two or three former youth teamers who had no obvious route to our first team
