Just a couple of points re the current broadcast...

- the Radio Manchester programme was recorded off Medium Wave radio and has been transferred from a dodgy 33 year old cassette tape - this will explain any strange background noises!
- the audio stream seems to work fine via Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome browsers on PCs/laptops but has anyone managed to get it to work on an iPhone/Ipod Touch or an Android phone?

Cheers for that PaulB, just as i suspected.  

I'm running Google Chrome and it said refused, for about 5-10 seconds and then worked. (suspect its dodgy welsh internet more than anything!) Perhaps this is the problem with phones, just needs longer to connect?

I am listening on google chrome on my laptop and its fine, I have also checked on Firefox and IE.. The joys of making sure the forum works on a few formats after an update means I have these installed

I think all the moaning  may in part have to do with how disappointed everyone was at the 0-0 first leg result with Runcorn.  Visions of another heart-breaking FAT semi-final exit like the previous year.  Of course it didn't turn out that way:)

I think this may be the first time I've ever heard Tony Sanders speak. Where's he from? Trying to place his accent.

I believe Tony is a Wirralian,possibly  from Birkenhead, Heswall or Hoylake. He is a joiner by trade & had a kitchen installation business, which I think he still ran until relatively recently.
I thought that both he & Noel White came across very well.
