back to the league

While waiting for extra time updates I've updated my odd league table.  The numbers are points relative to a par of 54 points made up of
home wins vs bottom teams (30 pts)
home draw vs York, Grimsby, Darlo, CAmbridge, Mansfield, Rushden (6pts)
home defeat to Luton, Crawley, AFCW, Wrexham Newport, Fleetwood and Kiddy

Away wins at FGR, Histon, H&Y, Eastbourne (12 pts)
Away drawas at Kettering, Barrow, Southport, Gateshead, Tamworth and Bath (6pts)

(We replace the team concerned for their par - so Luton can get 54 without any points vs us but Histon need 6 to get to par)

We are now above par for the first time in a long time!

20   Crawley
20   Luton
17   Wimbledon
15   Fleetwood
11   Mansfield
8   Wrexham
8   Kidderminster
7   Newport
7   Rushden
7   Grimsby
6   Kettering
6   Darlo
4   Tamworth
4   York
2   Bath
1   Alty
1   Barrow
-2   Gateshead
-3   Southport
-4   Eastbourne
-4   Cambridge
-5   FGR
-6   H&Y
-11   Histon

We have a lot of games coming up where the par is 3 points so it will be a challenge to hold on but some teams have harder games to come than us and so there position in the real league table may be under threat.  Cambridge is quite a surprise, they've payed 9 of the bottom 11 at home already and 6 of the 10 that you'd expect points from away

Would settle for those league standings at end of season. Alty 16th and get rid of Mr. Blobby!

Since when did Conf football follow 'patterns' and sensible logical prediction. Anybody can beat anybody in this league on 'the day'.

Not suggesting that they do but simply trying to quantify / highlight who has played "easier games" and who has easy ones to come.  Much has been made on here of the fact we have lots of home games against bottom half teams and this shows who else is in a similar position.  Also did this earlier in the season and someone asked for updates as the season progressed.
