I got my scoreline right on Tuesday, unfortunately, and I'm going for a Altrincham 1-2 Crawley (Reeves). Go on Alty, prove me wrong!

Has anyone else noticed that we have now gone eight league games without a win?

It's our worst run since the sequence that lead up to the infamous Lewes match at Moss Lane in September 2008.

No better time to get back to winning ways than against Evans' mercenaries on Saturday...

As i now live in Cambridge, i watched Cambridge v Crawley on tuesday.

Things to watch out for:
Crawley like to cause a bit of havoc at corners. The two main plays were:
1. a player running from near post to far post with colleagues inbetween. - he managed four or five free headers, and created their first goal.
2. four players chatting to each other at the edge of the area, and suddenly run towards goal when the corner is taken. This causes choas in the defence.

Crawley's main output is torres on the left. He is very good, with an excellent first touch, he created crawley's 2nd v cambridge, and rippped the cambridge defence apart every time he went foward. Fortunately, he seemed to get very tired (and subbed).

Tubbs also is a threat, but we know he is a diving T**t from his time at salisbury.

Crawley  are most liable on the counter. They like to put a lot of players up for attacking plays, as such they tend to leave two or three back for corners or free kicks.

I would like to think we can hold our own agains crawley. 1-1 would be a good bet.

Fook, I know they have been splashing the cash, but when did they get him?

I am not predicting the score.  I am concerned that they are like the Harlem Globetrotters and if they click they will really be very good.

One thing is for sure, the stand will have a field day with Evans..

Crowd will be 929 (75 from Crawley)

Jock is warming up for this one already!

If anything, Evans' horrendous assistant, Paul Raynor, is even worse than the obnoxious one with the dodgy hair highlights himself...

"All of the money - we're in the same League.........................."

Altrincham 1 (McFadzean OG)   Crawley Town 0

"With all due respect to Altrincham, we should be beating teams like them" (Steve Evans, but not until Monday when he's calmed down).
