He has..it took a couple of weeks to come I heard..hence why he played for a bit and his signing was announced later..

I wouldnt mind betting that the FA are dragging there heels with this... I bet if MUFC had applied for clearance for someone it would have been done in a heartbeat...

Didn't know Buddy Holly had anything to do with the FA. Though he is dead like the FA.
