Championship Manager

Anyone playing Championship Manager at the moment?

I signed up for Telegraph Fantasy Football...and got Champ Man 2010 as a free download.

Haven't played it for years...so could do with knowing where to go to get an updated database (This one starts in July 2009) and tips for making it run faster etc. ( Like not having to walk the youth teams strikers, mum's third husbands dog!)
