am i missing something, regardless of gateshead result ebbsfleet are down as they cant catch fgr

They can catch Eastbourne and Gateshead as things stand. If Gateshead win they can only catch Eastbourne and can therefore only finish 3rd bottom at best.

They can overtake Eastbourne and Gateshead though

sorry this is the fault of the live table on sky sports livescores as the've updated the league table but still show 4 down
