It’s great nurturing talent and signing ones with a view to the future, but we also need experienced conference footballers to keep us in the division now, which was my only objective/ expectation for this transitional season.It was Always going to be hard this, and we’ve had terrible luck with injuries, or at least I think we have as we don’t know where players keep disappearing to,  it that’s the assumption. But we need players that we know can cut it in this tough league now.
