Has Cavell Coo gone?

I heard northwich vics were trying to sign him,no great loss if we can find a half decent left back, players will starting ringing clubs at this point in pre-season rather than clubs ringing players, lots of player movement all over the place in the next two weeks.

Yesterday was aweful, but sooner yesterday, than in two weeks time, its also that point in pre-season where players dont want to get injured. Im guessing we'll see what will be the first choice X1 in the games tomorrow and next saturday, peyton might not play tommow again though if he's still carry a slight knock from last week.

He'll probably end up at vics. they'll pay him what he wants they've only got about 8 players,

lookiing at the team i would have expected better.

Why? it was a fringe side that included players such as sedgemore being tried at left back, and potts being played at centre mid in the second half, they had a good work out, tried lots of different players in different positions and still came away with a win.

You'll see what will more than likely be the first choice X1 against tranmere and T.N.S next monday and saturday, thats when I'll start judging performances  ;D

Did you use another name this time to book the hotel? Also need to ensure the man with his guitar is on at the pub on the Friday night!!  ;)

I've found out that he is a bit of a local celeb and also have it on good authority via my now extensive local knowledge of weymouth drinking establishments that"Burt"will indeed be performing in said tavern, and hopes you'll be putting in a similar stunning solo peformance on the tamborine as you did last season at the wellington :D ;D

Also led by me, we will be taking in some of the excellent pubs on the harbour side behind where we stayed last season, some top notch ale on offer that im sure will be to your liking! Shame we never bothered having a walk down there last season!.

It would be interesting if channel M would give us some feed back on here about the subjects raised, they could pull in decent audience figures for a non league football round up, most clubs have cameras at their games now, and if you got the combined average attendances of all the local conference, conf north, unibond clubs in the greater manchester region tuning in, plus exiles, they'd be on to winner, its somthing original, and Im somthing Im sure non-league supporters across the region would support.

Hi guys

Channel M's brand new series traces the origins of the world's most popular sport in the Greater Manchester region. This six-part series presented by Susan Bookbinder features interviews with some of the biggest names from local clubs down the decades. This week we take a look at Altrincham Football Club!

Catch The History of Football at 7.30pm this evening on Channel M, available on SKY channel 203, Virgin Media channel 878 and free to air channel 39 UHF  615MHz.

For more information go to www.channelm.co.uk

Thanks for that, any chance we can have some more coverage? Match highlights or even a local nonleague round up would be a weekly show lots of people would watch. I know you focus your nonleague coverage soley on  FC United of Manchester at present, but Im sure the supporters of all the other local nonleague clubs would tune in to such a broadcast. We have exiled supporters groups all over the country and various groups ove seas, who would be glad of such a programme available on the sky platform

We're going to reach the first round of the cup this year and play macclesfield, everytime I have the dream there is a panned shot of the moss rose from down near costcutter, with duelling banjos playing out in the background

I hear over 270 season tickets have been sold so far, with a while to go to the start of the season, not bad for a tinpot part time outfit  8)
