would ellender like to come and join us in the BSP for less money or will someone come in and swoop, i actually think crawley may do it, what with evans being there.

anyone else we could bring in now, meadowcroft any good for us chris senior going to come back now? will lewis sign back on or is he going to search elsewhere first.

i cant wait for pre season now! and this coming year its time for us to take our place as the number 1 part time team in the country

Altrincham FC First Team / The Setanta Deal, its good news
« on: June 09, 2007, 02:22:02 PM »
taken from conf guide:

Apparently each club gets at least TWO live home games and the host club gets £20k for each home game,so at least £40k in TV revenue and obviously more should you get more than the two games.

so thats

alty v Oxford
histon v oxford
ebbsfleet v oxford
droylsden v oxford
york v oxford...

i could carry on but i think you get it

Altrincham FC First Team / Went to watch curzon ashton today...
« on: March 03, 2007, 06:03:52 PM »
they're good!

worst pitch i've seen in a while but they still managed to put some good football together, they won 4-1 if anyones wondering against a leamington team who were 28 games unbeaten and 20points ahead in their league.

Serious note on they're front man Mike Norton he's worth a look so far this season he has 43 goal in all competitions and despite not scoring today was the maker of three of the goals, is good in the air and did not stop moving! Definately a class above, been on trials at notts forest and despite scoring a hattrick was not signed, mabe a close season target at least a triallist. i asked about and he's on 100 a week so would be better value for money than bowler or thompson!
