Colchester in the FA Cup in 2015 too?

Well said Andrew. There are still a few of us on here who were involved with SAFE and can vouch for the effort involved (while acknowledging that circumstances then were very different to now).
There’s a fine line between independence of the club and engagement with the club but I suspect there are sufficient motivated people to make it work.

Tell you what's mint. People asking for spares.

The next step to be massive is half and half scarves in town centre, and programe sellers/burger vans on Moss Lane.

2x Sell Outs in a season, where we're midtable is superb.

If I ever see a half Alty half any otherclub, I shall weep.
I was hoping to get one at Runcorn on Tuesday.

How much money do they win for being relegated these days? I seem to remember that in the 90s, the GMVC champions got £5,000 prize money.

I think I'm right in saying that, at least since Darlington (1990?) Celtenham Town are the only club to win the Conference at the first attempt after being relegated from the FL.

Shrewsbury went straight back up
Via the playoffs I believe?

I think we'll play the same team; perhaps Perritt in for Miles.

Parkinson will have one eye on the fact he turned down the opposition in the summer.
Agreed. He also mentioned in his post-match interview on Saturday that he wouldn't be unnecessarily rotating.

Yup. Can't stream 3pm matches on a Saturday. Only exception was for Covid.
Probably can next weekend as it’s an international break. BT are showing Wealdstone - Barnet at 3.

Desmond.
I think we’d all take that.

What happens with the gate money? Do we have to split it 50/50 (less reasonable expenses) with Halifax or do we get to keep it all for ourselves?

If it is the latter we could be looking at a decent payday.
When did the home team ever get to keep the receipts of any one-off cup game in this country?

Unsure

Miles or Perritt - JJ or Baines or Ferguson - Jones

        Marriot Lundstrum

Maxi - Osborne - Sinclair

 Hulme

Bench : Pringle, Bennett/Hugill, Other GK, Other CB, Other RB if fit
No need to handicap ourselves any more by only playing 3-2-3-1

The Ollie Byrne/Totties chant raised some smiles yesterday.

Surely anyone can Google the trains however the obvious route is via Reading from Manchester/Stockport. change at Reading for Sandhurst.

That is what I booked last Friday, it cost £72 with a 26-30 railcard. I believe it can be made cheaper through 'ticket split' websites.
Going via Euston then Waterloo/Paddington is a similar travel time/cost, but seemingly only if you buy split tickets. I'm going that way through choice.

Ok then, what are the details re. travel, tickets, paying on the day etc. ?

It seems to me a shame if genuine home and away supporters get slated for raising such questions on here (and if clubs we play away make it needlessly difficult or unpleasant to attend as has occasionally happened). I assume it won't be a sellout anyway if they have a two and a half thousand capacity.
Why would anyone be slated for asking sensible questions.
Tickets went on sale via Bracknell this week and were linked to by our social media, assume the website too. Ts & Cs detailed on the ticket site.

Appreciate they will want to maximise revenue from the game but they usually charge a fiver and it's £15 when we come to town.
They charged £25 for Ipswich in the FA Cup.

Tickets on sale at https://thesbgroup.ktckts.com/event/fataltfc/altrincham-fc

Link doesn't differentiate between home and away tickets, but our social media has published this link so assume the match is unsegregated.

is these the team beginning with B that we won at on BT Sport under Lee Sinnott?
That was Bromley I think. Bracknell have never been in the GMVC.
