Sad news indeed big man big heart, I got to know Ecky more when i took over as Chief steward and i used to ask him for his advice
on big games or even the smaller games if there was problems he was the one to approach me to sort things out.
his courage via his funny tweets about his treatment made us all laugh.
RIP Mate condolences to Jayne and your family.

Pleased with the higher number but surprised. Adding an extra 2 people for every 3 at the guisely final would have been very cosy!

The old area where the sports all used to be was never taken into account, Now got three or 4 rows in front of the sports hall with barriers hence that might be where the some higher of the  number has come from.

Are we at a disadvantage not knowing what league we will be next season?
Every other teams has the choice of whose available now etc

Could it come in on a regular basis next season? Wiith a  potential lack of away fans at games.
Not with that coverage it was crap

Altrincham FC First Team / Season Tickets
« on: July 01, 2020, 05:09:49 PM »
From https://www.altrinchamfc.com/news

The following is a message to Altrincham FC season ticket holders from co-chairman Bill Waterson.
Thank you very much, first of all, for purchasing a season ticket for the 2019-2020 season, and thank you, also, for your patience, during the wait for definitive information from the Vanarama National League on how the season might conclude.
As you may have read in previous updates, other than an intent to restart in mid-September, there has been no concrete information so far regarding the structure, nature and timing of next season. And with the excitement of the play-offs to come, we are not even sure which division we will be playing in!
We had hoped to be able to offer all season ticket holders money off a renewal for the 2020-21 season and had hoped to be in a position to do that by now. But, with uncertainty continuing, we feel we have reached the stage where we cannot wait any longer before giving you all the option of a refund.
When you bought your season ticket, it was for all 21 home Vanarama National League matches, of which five mouth-watering fixtures against King's Lynn Town, Chester, Boston United, Gloucester City and Brackley Town remained when the campaign was ended early due to coronavirus nearly four months ago. This equates to 23.8% of the home programme still outstanding.
A like-for-like refund would therefore look like this:
Adult Season Ticket                  £56
Concession Season Ticket             £44
Junior Season Ticket                        £13
Child Season Ticket                          £6
Alternatively, if you were prepared to wait for the issue of 2020-21 season tickets, we would offer you a 25% reduction on the price. We cannot quantify how much this would be until the League confirms plans for next season, but it will be a similar (or slightly higher) amount to the refund value above.
If you require a refund now, or would prefer a discount for next season, please contact us here. If, on the other hand, you feel able to forego either a refund or discount, and would like to help the club in this way, we thank you for your kind gesture.
We look forward to welcoming you back to The J.Davidson Stadium at some point in the future.
Kind regards,
Bill Waterson,
Co-Chairman

If Play off were to go ahead are our players still under contract?
As part time players I know they used to get paid so many weeks a year think its 48
Normally the summer months they don't get paid and sort out for next season.
Things might have changed..

Altrincham FC First Team / Re: Club Shop
« on: May 14, 2020, 07:43:01 PM »
One of the projects we have kicked off in recent weeks is an overhaul of our e-commerce offering, the online shop.  For example youcan now buy membership of the Patrons for the 2020-21 season from the shop.

See here:

https://altrinchamfconlineshop.co.uk/shop?olsPage=t%2Fseason-tickets-and-patrons

Over the coming couple of months we will be making a significant overhaul of the site and the products available.  Remember, of course, there is limited or no availability on some items currently due to factory closures due to the lockdown

As Chairman of Trafford Veterans we have just joined the Patrons scheme for the first time as a thank you to the Community side for their continued support (Before all this) with our Walking football sessions. Bought and easy paid for via the club shop.
