Altrincham FC First Team / ASTLEY LEAVES
« on: October 10, 2011, 05:01:00 PM »
ASTLEY LEAVES
Barely 48 hours after scoring his first senior goal for Altrincham, striker Astley Mulholland has opted to leave and sign for EvoStik Premier outfit FC United of Manchester. Altrincham did not wish to stand in the player's way as, to date, he has been a used substitute rather than in the starting line-up. In all, Astley has made nine appearances from the bench this season in all competitions, having originally graduated through the Altrincham Youth and Reserve teams before a prolific spell at Flixton led to his return to Moss Lane this summer.

SATURDAY'S GAME OFFER
As it is an "international weekend", there is no "top flight" football in England this weekend. So, anyone possessing a valid season ticket from any Premiership or Football League club can watch Alty v Boston United this Saturday for just £5 - on production of their season ticket and ID at turnstiles 5 or 6.

163
Alty fans have the chance to do just that and put questions directly to Altrincham manager Lee Sinnott and assistant Neil Tolson, following the game with Boston United this Saturday. They will be in the bar from around 5.30pm to discuss the season so far and other topics that you may wish to raise, so please do come along and have your say in the football club - and enjoy a pint at the bar at the same time.
