Could we not have a reserve team competing in the Manchester League or the Mid-Cheshire League? The Witton Albion reserves compete in the Mid-Cheshire league, while Marine Reserves compete in the West Cheshire League.

So Northwich are doing what they did last time. Plead poverty and don't pay debts. But still manage to find the money to sign players on decent money. Are you going to save us from the drop by getting kicked out of the Conference again?

watching the harrogate railway match the other day, they have a left back who looks decent and also a right winger, didnt really pay much attention in the first half but in the second he wriggled out of 3 players (carlos-esque), wona  free kick, took it and drifted a perfect cross (pottsy-esque) onto their mans head who scored
wortha  look maybe?
Trouble is the Harrogate Railway players seem to be on similar wages to our players, if you take Jonathan Pearce's word for it.

We're going to need it with all the SH**E that we watch.
Even if we were top of the league and had a different manager you would still moan.

my grandad will be smilin in heaven i wish he could have seen this year campaign but world cup 2010 anyone? lol tbh if england played as a team and showed passion they would have qualifyed with ease. bring back the home nations tournament.
What will the home nations learn by playing each other? They need to play foreign sides to improve themselves further.

They've got Setanta at my local but have said they won't be showing it as no-one has asked for it to be on.
I then "asked for it to be on" and they said that they wouldn't be showing it as 'the regulars in the vault don't like non-league football'
I had to smile, most of them are Chester/Man you, Chester/Liverpewl or Chester/Evertun afficionadoes.
I was praying for Chester to come down the other year so it could make the football banter in there a little more interesting.

But seriously if anyone knows of anywhere in the Chester area who will be showing the match, I'd be obliged to know.
(Even phoned Vauxhall Motors - just up the road - but they don't have Setanta either)
Trouble is most of pubs in Chester that have Setanta, will probably show Cardiff on sky, cause Robbie Fowler is being paid by Risdale again. Try ringing the Cheshire County Sports Club in Upton on 318167 and ask if they will show the game in the Pavillion. Normally I ref  Monday 7-a-side football there, but I'm going to Stevenage on Monday.

Lay my horse tips on Betfair. But if they win at 33-1(Heathcote-Totesport Trophy 2007). You are buggered. Plus I don't back horses as much now I don't work for the Racing industry anymore.

Well, I was going to mention the fact that Alty is now a sh*t hole due to the scum shuttle but the comments at the bottom have done it for me. Twice.
Could be worse. You could be living in Chester.

It used to be Wrexham. I still dislike them along with some other teams. But if they didn't beat Boston we would be in Conference North this season.
