Perhaps stop selling half an hour before kick off. None at HT...
Or issue blindfolds to drinkers so they can't see the game. 😂😂

PS. Seriously though , Rocky, good point. 🙄

It’s a shame mind.

Couldn't we sell booze from a kiosk in the away end? (card only) Even at the food outlet?

How would we enforce that it was drunk by the KO or second half start?

It is far from strange to raise capital via crowdsourcing platforms, least alone Seedrs which is one of the two best in my experience.

Why does it matter who/where the idea came from? It's smart and opens us up to awareness and new audiences (do I need to dig out the hundreds of mentions on here at the lack of investment over the past 20 years?).

Want to get in on the dividend for met targets? Why not increase your shareholding via this scheme? Varied offering promotions are regular in our society... What free phone can you get with your new contract today compared to 6 months ago?

Want a statement on the statement about the coming launch statement? You're too crazy for words in that case.

I heard Ashton United have a ground that is near to falling apart and a nice red and white kit to cheer on, not to mention a bar that serves hand pulled cask ale. Zero sign of a fan zone and absolutely no ambition to be the best team in their town nevermind their council borough. Up the Robins.

I thought United had one of the best fan zones I've seen, they just don't call it that. And do stop sniping.

What was the sniping? I thought the comment Amsterdam was referring too was doing the sniping?

Some form of Rugby's ten yard penalty to be used for some offences would work (not the injury thing obvs)

You can always hope.
I was hoping to discover how many season tickets we've shifted.
I'm not banking on either to be fair.

Is there a deadline you are working too?

I was hoping the club would put an update on the website re Ollys registration situation.

They are probably busy trying to sort it out for tomorrow

You don’t need a Twitter account to look at the club’s Twitter page.

If you really didn’t want to follow on Twitter there’s this alternate website: https://nitter.net/altrinchamfc

Oh I see. Silly me going to the club’s official site for news of the match when I should be following that link. Obvious when you think about it!  You asked for feedback on the site so I gave you some, now you’re telling me I’m using it wrong?

Or down load any of the score update apps? Such as Flashscores
I wasn’t being funny with you I was trying to help, don’t be like that.

I’m not telling you you’re using anything wrong. You made a point about not wanting to use Twitter to follow the game, I’m aware of an option that would help you follow the coverage without needing to make an account.

I know that the current website has ditched the “live update” functionality that it used to have, I’m not sure why that decision was made. I don’t think there are any plans to bring it back.

For now the only place you will be able to get text updates is through Twitter so I hope the workaround I provided is of use.

Back to a 5 to three arrival at the ground for me on the face of that selection.

Becks Vier, wow did someone find some kegs in a river?

We played well tonight considering the players we had missing for one reason or another.

Well done to the fans who travelled tonight, fantastic support folks.

Sunday will be a good day. It will be nice to turn the carrot crunchers of Yeovil over.

Hoping the place is rammed.
A very good result after Notts.....pleased for the team and more so for anyone who travelled down there for a dead rubber....hats off to you

Assume Morton was a youth teamer ?

Really glad Dens and Jake played tonight. Would be great if they could continue to assist the club in some capacity next season....assuming they won't be FT as senior players with day-jobs

Good to hear Gould did well

Morton was our first ever Academy player to play in the first team.

I thought Gould was not good at all.

It was a very familiar game from our stays in the National Division over the last decade of so: 85 mins of dogged, well organised defence, some timewasting antics, hoping to nick a goal from a set piece - but ultimately undone by an unlucky deflection against a superior opposition who in all honesty deserved the win. It's great to be dishing it out instead of taking it this time around.

How very true

Where's Robins Retreat?

The chip shop opposite the ground. I’ve now remembered it isn’t called that anymore but I’m stuck in the past on many subjects

Don’t get me started on when they rebranded the place in Macc colours

Can't think of any football ground that allows you to bring your own refreshments. You can take your own food and drink on a plane but even then you have to buy it at the airport. Alty have been losing much needed income allowing people in with food in the past. Would you expect to take fish and chips into any restaurant or cafe in Altrincham and sit at their tables eating it?

They haven’t been missing out on my money as it’s Robins Retreat or nothing.

This is disappointing news, I quite often brought mine in from over the road.
