Altrincham FC First Team / Today's Altrincham FC Trivia Question
« on: February 18, 2021, 03:43:06 PM »

Inspired by our recent ill-fated FA Trophy tie against Havant & Waterlooville....

From 1970 onwards, name seven teams whose name contains an ampersand against whom Alty have played a competitive fixture.

Bonus points if you can also identify two teams whose name contains an ampersand against whom Alty have played a pre-season friendly fixture during the same period.

The winner will receive a prize comprising a signed photograph of Alty's 2019/20 'player of the season': Peter Crook.

Joe Neenan's knee met John King's groin; John Davison calmly tucked away the resulting penalty and an appearance at Anfield to face the reigning First Division Champions in the FA Cup Third Round duly beckoned.
