Precious and got to add unlikely point against an ariel BOMBardment  ! Full marks for digging it out and fighting to the finish. Huge shout out to the Alty faithful who made the journey , shouted themselves hoarse and some of those outfits were top drawer too 👏

Didn't work out for him darn sarf , maybe his style didn't suit theirs or whatever . What i do know is if he performs like he did here before , all will be forgiven for him leaving and we will have gained a quality player on a free who our management team obviously rate very highly indeed and equally he feels the same about them and Alty as a club.
 We all make mistakes , Dan tried his luck elsewhere and now he's back hopefully wiser from the experience . I wish him well.

Ethan, Isaac and Chris are the main cogs in our wheel and the ultimate reason we are where we are. I agree wholeheartedly about Fylde who could well have taken all six points off us . The Spireites apart the league is harder to predict than at any other time , we are going great guns and the confidence within the team growing by the game . We the fans share that confidence now and for the first time in over thirty years we can properly sense something very real and special here .

Really liked him here and did'nt he train with us for a while pre season so possibly still popular within the club. However , factoring in his injury absenses ,  it's a no from me unless Newby returns to Colchester  or we can't get a quality loanee in that position (very likely we can) . At most offer him a half season deal until ,hopefully , Crankshaw returns.

pointless right now IF they are looking at different stadium options. Anyway only 3 National League games are on today so its not like we are much different to most other clubs this level. Shame though... would have been much better to have played today of course.

Not much to add really as what's been said pretty much sums it all up.  What i will say is that the support from the Alty faithful was tremendous , outsinging the home fans all night and even at the end of a game that had few positives . Brilliant effort and deserving of a better response on the pitch .

Saw our reserves play there in the woeful Rigby era , lost 2-1, our best player by a mile was called Steve Conaghan , no idea what happened to him !!!  Last time there in the noughties against Macc with a friend who supports them ( guess who i favoured ) .  Very nice ground Spotland , going despite the scandelous £24 , come on Alty 🤞
