How the hell is there live domestic footy on bbc 1 at 3pm on a Saturday! To make matters worse for the the second round running it’s FGR!

Altrincham FC First Team / Who am I missing from this list?

A conversation yesterday about the number of ex-league teams in our league made me think - how many of the teams who were in the league in 1987 (?) when automatic promotion was introduced have lost their place and who has replaced them?
In no particular order I think 15 have lost their place:
Wrexham, Southend, Notts county, Chesterfield, Torquay, Aldershot, Halifax, Grimsby, Stockport, Chester, Darlington, Hereford, York, Maidstone and Bury
But I can only think of 14 replacements:
Wycombe, Burton, Crawley, Stevenage, Morecambe, AFC Wimbledon, Accrington Stanley, Harrogate, Sutton, Fleetwood, Salford, Cheltenham, Barrow and FGR
Who am I missing or have I got an extra one in the first list?

Is it just me that finds the Football League and its clubs bleating a out the unfairness of a closed shop just a little bit hard to take. It’s not like it’s beyond living memory that they used to run one!

I love this hymn and feel slightly guilty about what I've done to it below, but it is a superb tune to really belt out (I'm sure we could manage without the drums from this you tube version). It might work better with the old language retained but I've changed it to more modern language for the footy version.
