Stevenage got lucky last year, this year they'll escape on the pitch. Oldham to come down.

Am I correct in thinking that if Woking lose today by two or more goals then we go up a place in the standings without playing a game?

Yes.
Scunny could be relegated today if my maths is right. Barrow and Oldham wins plus a scunny defeat sinks them.
