Dorking up too. Not quite the same appeal as York but congratulations to them as well. A new ground to visit, Meadowbank.

A huge well done to York. I didn't think they had a cat in hell's chance of going up. Absolutely brilliant place to go.
Let's hope we get a Saturday for the away game so we can have a nice weekend away! 😉
Wherever those 7 warriors end up, the club and the fans owe them a place in history. Who can forget that first game in the "glue league" as some called it. A home defeat to Stafford Rangers and then I remember a lucky ish draw at Nantwich OMG disaster! But things gradually changed. The league was won. NLN loomed. Can anyone forget that epic play off match against Blyth and the three away play off games which (against all odds)! saw us promoted to the National League!!! Two years on for a part time team with respectable mid table finishes in that league. Not bad at all. They deserve some formal and permanent recognition so as not to be forgotten in years to come. Great idea RiS.
Looking pretty sparce atm 😉
The game certainly had a bit of a whiff of pre-season about it in the first half, and we didn't convert our dominance in the second half. A draw certainly would have been a fair result.
If some of the peripheral players were on trial, then I don't think Dinanga came through at all - whereas Pringle looked lively, and Cooper didn't really do much wrong.
Mooney looked so bloody dangerous without ever really looking like actually putting the ball in the net.
