I'm afraid I am not convinced by Ceesay at this level at all. I liked his pace and threat in the league below, but he now just looks one dimensional with a (mostly) poor end product. I know he's had injury problems, but his pace isn't really the issue. His touch is shocking at times and his shooting ability leaves a lot to be desired. Having said that, I really do hope that he proves me wrong, but I don't see him as part of the long term plan based on what we've seen so far this season.

They were both away games. Stevenage was on Setanta and Barrow was on Premier Sports TV after Setanta ceased broadcasting in the UK.

Yes, that's the game I was thinking of. They were also due to show our Boxing Day derby against Vics, but it was called off.

BT Sport have never shown a live league game played at Moss Lane. Setanta only ever showed one when they had the rights, although I think we had a game postponed which had been earmarked for live coverage.

Wasn't it Paul France who scored a late, late equaliser away at Colwyn Bay in the FA Trophy to earn a replay in about 1995/96? I think it finished 3-3 and Andy Reid was also sent off for headbutting one of their players?

Alas, I believe that Moult's booking today means that he will be serving a one-match suspension for the visit of Stockport County on Boxing Day.

For my money, he's our most important player.

Does the FA Trophy next week not count towards his suspension? I thought bans were instant at this level?

Agreed. The ball just seems to bounce off Ceesay's shins all the time when he plays up top. If we had a player who could hold it up and develop play as well as dcoring goals we would be a scary proposition!

Mine actually stopped a few times, but that might have been a local broadband issue rather than the stream itself. It really is an excellent package and credit is due to all who have made it happen. 👍🔴⚪
