My mate and I went through a stage of getting sportsman to sign something nothing to do with their sport ... We had a cricket call signed by Wolfie Adams and Football signed by half the Lancashire cricket team ...Random I know but the people signing the stuff loved it and found it 'different' .. The idea didnt really hit on with the bidders though for some reason ...

A framed silver footprint of the one, and only Sun Jihai .. Most random thing ever (Bought at a car boot in Northampton), bought it to sell on through my memorabilia site on ebay but due to its bizarreness I cant seem to let it go :)...

any improvement to the ground would have to include ... and I quote ... "Escalators taking us to our seats".. That's the way to build a ground and build a football club for the future

Ah bless .. Daventry being disrespectful .... I believe they were fine til I moved to the town :)

Loving the "Rowley Rabble" flag (1:22).... Maybe the Alty end of the Family should get one done for Moss Lane ... he he

It was a an attempt at play on words and a joke, obviously rubbish. GH is a better man than me at the moment cos he is going the games and I am not. Just trying to get involved and have some banter again via the forum.

Very rare I post now cos I feel guilty for not being able to attend games and feel I cant have a comment on things cos I am not there so maybe I won't again now anyway.

Enjoy having a read though and hopefully be back soon to Moss Lane *said that about 5 times now.

Not only did we not get the guaranteed service for the extra money spent but we ended up paying the compensation for loss of league status too.

For some reason Burton away always sticks in my head, at their old ground when the coach got attacked ? Close to 'kicking off' would have to bizarrely be Redditch, just remember some lads and then one standing reet next to us slowly putting his gloves on and all drinking cans :)

Far too many good times though. From Skipper at Nuneaton  to  Nasha flying over walls at Frickley .... If I ever wrote a book about Alty that would be the title :)

I sit back and read comments and DO NOT REPLY cos I feel I have not right to because I can not get to games anymore (people on here know my reasons) but I can not sit back and read the crap about bringing back ex managers.

This DOES NOT help anyone at all. If you are privileged enough to be able to get to games then SUPPORT THE CLUB AND MANAGER. Take two steps forward and not two steps back.

As I have said I always feel I can not comment but I have watched the Graham Heathcote years, and yes I have cheered but also I have been less than impressed also... Time to move on and FORWARDS. I am not going to get into the politics of it all but have a think why the money has not been their to spend ? Mr Altrincham in more ways than one !!!!

If you think we can walk this league then you are mistaken, I have been to watch Daventry Town today, my first football match in AGES and watching a club with less than 120 fans at home, and £9 to get in makes me appreciate even more Altrincham FC and where we are.

Problem is now that even when we go two or three a head there will be doubt in the players heads WHICH THERE SHOULD NOT BE ..... We should be confident at that point, esp at home.

We need to nip this in the bud, one match seen out should give them some confidence and get rid of worries.
