As much as I'd love to see Alty (and, indeed Gtr manchester) in tier 2 or lower, if Manchester is in tier 3 than Trafford will have to be (I fear) because of the travel between the 2 areas.

There are one or two RR guys that aren’t great but they have never been openly criticised on here or the radio robins chat and rightly so. By all means compliment your favourite or a good performance but lay off the volunteers!

And they are all better than competent. Mark, I think, adds great character to the commentary (especially if that character is Tommy Saxondale!)

Very pleased for Josh.We were the better team in the first half,but they shaded the second,Thommo 1 world class save.The game felt very flat though,can we not have some chanting done over the loud speakers like they do in the top flight games,someone must know how to do it?

What a relief.
A nice birthday present for me!
A trifle fortunate to win that one, particularly as Chesterfield had by far the better opportunities during the second half. However, their defence never looked convincing.
We never seemed to get to grips with their right wing back Cropper all evening though.
We may have just expedited the delivery of John Pemberton's P45 there.
