Kurt Willoughby released at Fylde. Scored plenty at FC.

Personally I couldn't give a shiney sh*te where we play the first PSF.

Agree Glyn, some of the stuff written in here beggars belief.

Is it so vital to have this info? If players are fit to play, then they will be picked in the match day squad by Parky if that’s what he decides to do.

Personally, I’m not too fussed to know if someone will be fit to play in 4 weeks time. Only counts if they are picked to play or at least be on the bench.

Altrincham FC First Team / Re: Pitch
« on: January 31, 2021, 10:17:37 AM »
i heard that we need a new pitch. i didn't hear anything about how the inherent drainage problem might be resolved.
I thought that too. Surely 400K has got to incorporate a drainage solution. It’d be pointless getting a new pitch that would continue to sit underwater in the rainy season (which is anytime).

I understand that the ‘new pitch’ incorporates new drainage, sprinklers ....the lot. The turf is only the pretty bit that sits on the top, the vast majority of the cost is what goes on underneath with the drains and soils etc. The playing surface would continue to be changed every close season, as is done at the moment, albeit it wasn’t done the past summer because of Covid restrictions and timescales.

My bad....yes of course he was! He’s doing well at Hearts this season

Phil and Neil have a very solid record with loanees.

Have made or are making an impact:

Connor Hampson - gone on to become a first team regular
Chris Merrie - valuable contributions alongside Moult during the NPL run-in
Yusifu Ceesay - big part in the 18/19 run-in
Owen Dale - quality during his time here
Ashley Hemmings - solid
Joe Piggott - solid enough
Billy Sass-Davies - looking like he'll be solid
Josh Lundstram - class
Andy Dales - potential is there
Joe Robbins - tidy enough
Alistair Smith - looks a player

Didn't make an impact for whatever reason:

Brendon Daniels
Josh Langley - didn't play a first team game?
Chris Sang
Nathan Waterston - got injured a few minutes after coming on?
Ethan Walker

Was Josh Ginnelly a Parky signing too pal?

I think you mean Hannigan  (not Hampson).

I think Senior will play again, otherwise no other changes to your team.

Yeah I’m of a similar mindset at the moment, don't feel like subsidising a Club that won’t let our in house Radio team broadcast in their ground. Like others here, I’ve not missed an away stream yet ..just hope I don’t weaken at the last minute and change my mind!

Shouldn’t miss their big lad up front, he’s 6’9”.

I’ll be leaving my purchase to the day ..just in case Covid rears it’s ugly head and it gets binned. I know they’ll refund, but don’t need the extra hassle.

According to his Facebook post, Toby has fractured his ankle.

Horrendous news and bad luck.

Altrincham FC First Team / Re: Dover v ALTY stream £8
« on: October 30, 2020, 06:48:01 AM »
Same here, very quick process to register and pay using a debit card.

Let’s see what the stream is like tomorrow, I think any teething issues across the board will be gradually sorted as everyone gets used to the tech.

Minimum requirement for Dover is a point, 3 points would be lovely.

Seems clear that the Hartlepool game will be moved to Wednesday, we wouldn’t have moved to Sunday otherwise. Perhaps the Covid tests / results / isolations is the reason for the Fylde game going back a day?

Ahh, there’s a new update on the website. Certainly cutting it fine to get them and the code for the live stream in Saturday.

As it requires a considerable number of people to both get the covers on, and more importantly get them off ...then the current Covid restrictions of the Rule of 6 etc will not allow the covers to be put down.
