Just for clarification,
Can you drink alcohol in the ground for National league and EFL2?

Well said Bill.
If fans just gave their entrance fee it would help the club during this horrendous time.
Hope you and all keep well these next few weeks.

Hi,

Does any older Alty fan have the programme for FA Cup round one replay: Wrexham v Altrincham, 1963, please?
Good price paid.
Thanks

I’m a collector, but don’t have that one.
I guess it would go for big bucks when found.

It’s a shame there’s not been a call for volunteers, standing water won’t shift itself. And the covers are supposed to be easy to deploy according to the company website . If not then a call for manpower on Wednesday wouldn’t have gone amiss
Pete,
Utd should have been playing Wednesday night.

The bottom line is quite simply that the pitch has been an ongoing problem for years. I would expect the club have lost tens of thousands in lost revenue over time.
If The Ten Year Plan is ever going to come to fruition then the Pitch needs to be first and foremost on the Agenda.

It seems to me that it needs digging out to quite a depth and all the stagnant crap that restricts the drains working effectively is removed.

Before any one says,  Am I going to pay for the work to be done.... The answer is Not unless I have a big win on the Horses or my premium bond comes in...
Thanks Ray

Altrincham FC First Team / Re: Blyth Match Thread

We didn't beat much today to be honest, but we were competent and efficient. All three goals were quality, and the speed with which Durrell struck when he came on made Greg Wilkinson look slow !

I'll be sorry to see Blyth go down (I'm afraid it looks inevitable) because they're a proper non-league club.

Still depends on the Bury outcome.
Might only be one  relegation.
Could be wrong, long trip but I do like Blyth.

Good point today as I didn't think we would get anything as we were poor .

The "organization" at the turnstiles was woewful.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I was told the away turnstiles were closed ??

Tempers were frayed at 310pm when the game has started with a 10 minute wait to get in . Joke

A gentleman came up to me in the queue and told me he had offered to man the turnstiles at 2pm and was refused

Offering a incentive to floating fans to show up with no organization . So Alty

Wayno, you know as a loyal fan, Turnstiles are open next to the stand at one thirty, if not before.
The away fans found them no problem in getting in.
As one price to get in the ground, anybody can use them.
Get there early,  or use the stand turnstiles. Simple.
As Mrs Warbouys says, get an e-ticket , job done.

Some good performances today, but some not so good performances.
My prediction was 2_2,, got it right but we should have won it.

We did have a plan B tonight.
It was good to see. All around me enjoyed it, can’t say anymore.
Brilliant result.
Glad I’m not working on that pitch tomorrow

My first visit to Gateshead, I guess that’s because of work commitments.
In all honesty, I’ve been to a lot worse venues  than this.
We were very poor today, deserved nothing.
