Shocking news. Another on the long list of truly dedicated alty fans to be taken far too early. Rest in peace John.

Easy jet have cancelled all flights from Manchester to IOM between July and October. Best check but you will have probably been automatically moved on to a flight from Liverpool

Lifted this from elsewhere, how desperately sad, one of the Tottenham 95 team and fondly thought of by many of us

As Iíve said elsewhere, we will most likely be playing the likes of Stockport and a whole host of other clubs on a regular Basis on Wednesday mornings etc. We need to remember our world had changed, we have entered a different realm. The games against nwcl and unibond outfits will be for trialists and fitness. Iím
More than happy for our team to prepare behind the closed doors at Egerton or carrington or wherever against decent opponents. We are a full time football team and club now. We donít get together twice a week for an hour

For those debating the ferry from Liverpool; it was a really easy journey. Little effort to get on the boat, terminal right in Douglas.

The ground is a decent little setup and easy enough by taxi.

You can walk to ground in 25 mins also, itís just up hill

Bording closes at 10:50 last time I went it was very laid back. Itís. Only a short walk from lime street to pier head. And thereís plenty of black cabs outside the station

I'm hoping we'll soon hear news of more taxing friendly fixtures....

International game on July 16th announced.

Isle of Man away 😉

I'd love to go to that one, but the ferry sailing times aren't exactly helpful, and I wouldn't consider flying from Manchester in the current chaos.

Youíll easily be at the bowl for kick off getting that Saturday morning ferry, itís only up the road
From the port
