I absolutely agree, the people that do it are brilliant and no way to blame. The previous system was far more reliable and last night the system dropped out at two hugely important moments.
Perhaps we could go back to the old system? Or if we can't, why can't we? I for one would be interested to know the answer.

I had given up listening to our commentaries a few games ago due to the frequent interruptions. I believe things had improved recently so tuned in last night, well it was shocking. The sending off was missed when music came on and then for the penalties cutting in again was the final straw.
For a professional club we have obviously done a lot of good things but our radio set up is amateur at best.
For the future l will continue trying to find our opponents radio station. In my experience some of them are on their local BBC station and are quite fair.

Absolutely crap, it's time to get rid of this lot. The commentary sounds alien tonight

There's nothing wrong with the commentary, it's when it cuts out.

A fantastic player and leader. Take a rest, and l will always remember a goal you smashed in at Leigh.

Radio Humberside if you want commentary

Thanks for that, got it on radio Humberside now. It's a good commentary, very fair.

RR sounds strange tonight

Since they moved to the Radio Alty platform the service has been poor.

Nothing but music at the moment.

The same for me

Sorry Ollies dad, but thats quite cringe to request.

Ollie was well beaten by a cracking effort. The photo is real. Did the ball 100% cross the line, it looked it, and the photos show that.

I'm sure moat refs would and should give that but the ref had a mare yesterday.

The referee would only award a goal if he was absolutely certain that the whole of the ball crossed the whole of the line. Watching the short video clip on Twitter l don't see how any ref would give a goal in that situation.

While we are dreaming of ground developments something like these on a smaller scale would be amazing, i think its essential we keep the standing tradition in the pop corner for our atmosphere and character /heritage of the ground.

I think its the manner of these defeats. Sometimes the ball needs to say hello to the allottments behind the stand rather than be tip tapped across the pitch and then passed to the goalie.
